Finally finished moving everything into our new place. It looks like a bomb went off in here, but we plan to hole up in the bedroom and ignore the chaos beyond the door. We’re spending our New Year’s Eve cuddling on the bed with the bong, some Chinese food, my lap top, and a pile of dvds. I couldn’t really ask for a better night.

Finally almost everything I own is stashed in a box or piled in the corner of my living room. I’d almost forgotten what hell moving is, but I am so eager to get into our new place that I can almost ignore the exhaustion. Tomorrow is the big day, and it’s starts at 9am. I can’t wait until this is all over.

I’ve spent a good part of my evening packing boxes but now it’s time to put those lovely smelling bath salts I got to use. I’ve got a joint rolled and a whole jug of pomegranate cranberry juice. I plan to soak in the tub and enjoy all of this while watching Castle in the Sky. Ahhh.
